Taking Movie Talk from the Classroom to On-Line: Teaching a Movie Talk Lesson Asynchronously through video – Scott Benedict

MovieTalk is a favorite activity among comprehensible-input practitioners. Making the move to an asynchronous, virtual platform made this activity difficult. 

In the presentation learn how to create an asynchronous video as you teach the video clip and then extend it with a guided reading activity to maximize the input. 

These videos than can be posted for your students on various educational platforms or even left for substitutes to play for students in your absence!
